Gluten Free Cookies are made in a kitchen that also makes products with wheat flour.
A dedicated mixer is used for GF products.
My classic recipe made with GF flour.
Great care is taken to minimize cross contamination.
Because wheat flour can remain airborne for 24-48hrs, GF dough and icing are made 48hrs after cookies/cakes containing wheat.
I was my hands often and use gloves while handling dough.
If you have an allergy to wheat please use your best judgment.
